Microstepping Indexer/Drive
The LNX drive is a self contained bipolar linear amplifier microstepping
drive and indexer in one package. The drives indexer supports distance
and velocity profiling modes. The units unique microprocessor controlled
multilevel drive eliminates the noise problems associated with pulse width
modulated drives without sacrificing performance. The drive's low
EMI/RFI radiation makes it an ideal choice for noise sensitive precision
measurements required in disk testers and sonar measurements.
The standard system has a resolution of 25000 steps per revolution; and
receives commands over an RS-232 serial port . A wide range of motors
are available offering torque from 60 to 380 in-oz.
An intuitive command set lets you get your applications up quickly.
Trapezoidal position moves are calculated from user supplied velocity,
distance and acceleration parameters. Current is programmable in 39 ma.
